User Agreement: By electronically submitting a consent form, you agree that you are of legal age (18 years or older) to purchase products. The host or purchaser of the iCater Hookah services is responsible to make sure that everyone at the party is of legal age and understands that iCater Hookah will not be liable or accountable for any underage individuals at the party. Since iCater Hookah is not the organizer of the scheduled event, the host takes full responsibility for anyone attending or invited to the party. iCater Hookah is a paid service in which the organizer or host of the party rents hookah and flavored tobacco on a particular day and time. The host or purchaser of iCater Hookah services agrees to pay a $75 deposit to save the date and time for the event. Payment in full must be obtained one week prior to the planned event. If circumstances require the party or event to be canceled or the full remaining balance hasn't been paid before the event by the host or purchaser, the deposit will be retained by iCater Hookah and the remaining balance will be returned in full. Once the party has started, there will be no refund. The host or purchaser of iCater Hookah services agrees to pay or reimburse for any equipment damaged during the event by individuals attending the party. iCater Hookah assumes no responsibility for any health-related conditions that may arise from pre-existing condition or inhalation of tobacco products or use of the hookah equipment. The host understands and has been made aware of all individuals attending the event that tobacco and tobacco-related products may cause immediate or chronic health-related conditions. The use of iCater Hookah tobacco and equipment is under the volition of the individual. The individual has made their own decision to use the tobacco products and will not hold iCater Hookah accountable for any health-related problems.
